With the kids back at school, every day I have to pack a healthy snack for them to take with them. My daughter has snack in between lunch and the end of the day and there is no refrigeration to often times fresh fruits and veggies get mushy and warm, then end up coming home (mushy and warm) in her backpack. We can’t have that happening!
This school year, my kids tried out the brand new, healthy snack Harvest Snaps. Did they like them? Absolutely! In fact, while I was busy checking my email they polished off an entire bag in one sitting.
I thought they were yummy too! Harvest Snaps are baked, high in fiber and protein, and low in sodium and fat. I found myself snacking on them while working on my blog and the kids loved taking them on the go with them in addition to school! The flavors are tasty and they don’t have a bland flavor that unfortunately I have seen in other healthier snack options.
Our favorite flavor out of the 6 options is Tomato Basil, but each one was tasty, “guilt-free” and a nice addition to our school snack routine! Flavors include: Tomato Basil Lentil Bean Crisps, Onion Thyme Lentil Bean Crisps, Lightly Salted Snapea Crisps, Caesar Snapea Crisps, Black Pepper Snapea Crisps, and Wasabi Ranch Snapea Crisps.
